At Trybidsy, your satisfaction matters to us. While most companies in the hygiene product space do not accept returns or offer refunds due to health and safety reasons, we do—under specific conditions. Please read our refund policy carefully.

14-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund window, starting from the day you receive your product.

Due to the hygienic nature of our product (bidets), we cannot accept returns once the product has been used or installed. However, if the product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, you may be eligible for a refund within this 14-day period.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, you must:

  1. Contact us at info@trybidsy.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

  3. Attach clear photo or video evidence showing the defect or damage.

Once your request is received and approved, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take several business days to reflect.

Exceptions

  • Late refund requests (after 14 days) will not be accepted.

  • Hygiene-based disapproval: Refunds will not be processed for claims based on personal preference, comfort, or reasons unrelated to functionality or product quality.
